When your client needs to lease their home, you shouldn't have to choose between helping them now and protecting your future business with them. Our referral program is built on a simple promise: we handle the management, and your client comes back to you for every future sale.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Submit your client through our referral form.
2. We reach out to explore the right management plan for their property.
3. When they sign a property management agreement with Cardinal, we pay you $500 as a thank-you.
